A review by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Shopper Safety tested eight imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', 5 with the UAE and 3 from Turkey. It identified that all eight samples had been regarded as "faulty". 5 in the solutions sampled contained fats apart from cocoa butter, which is not permitted in solutions labelled "chocolate" in Germany
